Cesky Krumlov is probably the second most interesting town in the Czech Republic. It is placed in a beautiful area in South Bohemia.

By right it is registered at UNESCO heritage list. The centre of town consists of 300 historical houses in the narrow, bended, little streets at Moldau, that winds through the Old Town.

In different centuries three noble families - the Rosenbergs, the Eggenbergs and the Schwarzenbergs - have all dominated the area and the town and have been living in many of the houses. They have been the owners of the brewery and the castle, which after the Prague castle is the biggest in the Czech Republic.

From the parking lot we take a walk in the historical centre and find a nice restaurant for lunch.

Later we cross the river Moldau to get to the castle for a visit the interior. Then you will have a couple of hours on your own to see more parts of the castle, visit the oldest theatre in the world or just for a walk in the enormous gardens connected to the castle. You will find an outdoor theatre with rotating auditorium and a fish pound.

We will end our visit in Cesky Krumlov in the town brewery for a beer, before we enter the bus and go back to Prague.
